Intelligent transportation systems have become increasingly important for the public transportation. A challenging service is to accurately locate the positions of moving vehicles in real time.
In this project, we present an innovate scheme called Hero(Hierarchical Exponential Region Organization to locate the problem. The location information of individual vehicles are actively logged in local nodes which are distributed through out the city
It consists of three RF ID sensors connected at different places. Three nodes are connected with the individual sensors. A software is developed in the node to receive the data from the sensor.
A RF ID tag is connected with the vehicle. As soon as the particular vehicle reaches near the sensor, the sensor sends signal to the particular node. Accordingly the three nodes send signal to the server unit through Internet. The server analyses the signal and stores the data in the server
