Abstract

This project is developed for the users to make chapathi using air pressure. The vanes are rotated by wind energy. A set of gears is connected with the axle. When the axle is rotated, the upper disk of the chapathi machine will be moved up or down according to the direction of the airflow

METHODOLOGY:

The below items are using in this project;

• Threaded rod

• A sensitive platform (thread inside)

• Vanes

• Gears

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

A vane and cylinder are connected at the bottom of the threaded rod. When high-pressure air is rushed out of the cylinder in one hole, the blades in the vane is rotated in one direction.

When the blades are rotated, in one direction, the rod rotates in one direction and thus it moves the upper disk of the chapathi maker upwards. When the air is stopped, the platform also stops. When high-pressure air is rushed out of the cylinder in another hole, the blades in the vane is rotated in another direction and thus it moves the upper disk downwards
