This project is developed for the users to control a JCB through Remote control. The user can control all the movements like forward, reverse, left and right etc. The user can also control the hand operations like hand up, down, lifting goods etc.
When the user presses a specific button of the remote, a digital signal is generated and transmitted through the transmitter. The receiver receives the corresponding signal and thus drives a corresponding relay in the external electronic circuit.
The relay is used as a switch to operate the particular motor in the JCB. By this way the user can control any of the operations of the JCB.
A micro controller controls the remote operations. The micro controller program is written in assembly language.
The micro controller based JCB can be used in mines and areas where human cannot enter
