Mobile Organizational communication is a subfield of the larger discipline of communication studies.

Organizational communication, as a field, is the consideration, analysis, and criticism of the role of communication in organizational contexts. Mobile Organizations are mechanical things, in which the parts (including employees functioning in defined roles) are interchangeable. What works in one organization will work in another similar organization. Individual differences can be minimized or even eliminated with careful management techniques. Mobile Organizations function as a container within which communication takes place.

Any differences in form or function of communication between that occurring in an organization and in another setting can be identified and studied as factors affecting the communicative activity. Planning in organizations and public policy is both the organizational process of creating and maintaining a plan; and the psychological process of thinking about the activities required to create a desired goal on some scale. As such, it is a fundamental property of intelligent behavior. This thought process is essential to the creation and refinement of a plan, or integration of it with other plans, that is, it combines forecasting of developments with the preparation of scenarios of how to react to them in mobile. An important, albeit often ignored aspect of planning, is the relationship it holds with forecasting. Forecasting can be described as predicting what the future will look like, whereas planning predicts what the future should look like

Strategic planning fails is an assertion that strategic planning fails in the first place and that the causes might not be well understood. The reasons why strategic planning fails and the rate of failures should not be a surprise to anyone since it would perpetuate another fallacy of planning. Organizations devote so much time and energy to the annual ritual of developing or updating their strategic plans if they are doomed to failure from the start. Just think of all of the smart, well-educated, experienced managers and executives devoting so much of their organizations limited resources on an activity with such a poor track record of producing results.

Lacking meaningful data or forward-looking insights

Diluted by consensus or perhaps it is consensus by dilution

 Intentionally ambiguous and fuzzy

 Lacking an accountability mechanism

Isolating effective planning in a single individual or a group of individuals without the benefit of field experience and a diversity of knowledge, skills, and abilities is a recipe for failure. The world we live in is increasingly complex. Problem-solving in our complex world requires teams of cognitively diverse individuals contributing their unique knowledge to form a combination of effective planning techniques. If effective planning is conducted by a single individual or by groups of people with similar knowledge, skills and abilities, the qualities necessary to solve complex problems and to create an innovative strategic planning process will be absent.
